In the principal action brought by plaintiff Raymond Martin, an employee of Buffalo Structural Steel Corp., against Siegfried Construction Co., Inc., the jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff for $25,000 for personal injuries sustained when he fell from the steel works being erected at the Kenmore Mercy Hospital in the Town of Tonawanda, New York.
