Lico Manufacturing Co., Inc. is presently in reorganization proceedings under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U. S.C.A. § 501 et seq. The Trustee has moved this court either to invalidate certain indentures and a chattel mortgage or to subordinate the claims represented by these instruments to the claims of all other creditors. The Trustee's position is that these transactions were usurious under Connecticut law and should be invalidated...
