This is an action for an equitable adjustment of the contract price for alleged extra work required by defendant. This claim arises out of a contract entered into between plaintiffs and the United States through the Corps of Engineers, Department of the Army, for the construction of a large fieldhouse at Eielson Air Force Base near Fairbanks, Alaska.
