This is an action brought by plaintiff, McJunkin Corporation, to recover damages from defendant, North Carolina Natural Gas Corporation, for breach of contract to purchase an order of steel pipe. At the conclusion of all the evidence before a jury, the court directed a verdict for the plaintiff in the amount of $123,493.88.
