McNAMEE, Justice.
Appellant pleaded guilty to murder and after a hearing by a three-judge court to determine degree and punishment pursuant to NRS 200.030, the court concluded that appellant was guilty of murder in the first degree, fixed the penalty at death, and entered its judgment accordingly.
Appeal is from such judgment.
