For the purpose of this opinion plaintiff, S. B. Hardt, Jr., who is the president and principal stockholder of Aeromotive Metal Products, Inc., a California corporation, will be referred to as if he were the sole plaintiff in this action and Herbert Brink will be referred to as the sole defendant...
