DAVIS AND THOMAS LENAHAN, APPLICANTS, FOR AN ADJUDICATION THAT CHAPTER 1, LAWS OF 1961, AN ACT ENTITLED "AN ACT TO IMPLEMENT ARTICLE IV, SECTION III OF THE CONSTITUTION AND TO RESCIND SECTIONS 52:10-1 AND 52:10-2 OF THE REVISED STATUTES" IS VOID PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 7 OF TITLE 1 OF THE REVISED STATUTES OF 1937.
