Violet Deatherage and Bernard Deatherage, her husband, recovered judgment against Thomas W. Ramsey for damages in the respective sums of $5,000 for personal injuries and $1,000 for medical and hospital expense and injury to his car. The injuries were sustained in an auto collision.
