An amended information was filed in the District Court of Natrona County, Wyoming, by the county and prosecuting attorney thereof against Arthur E. Orcutt, charging that:

"* * * Arthur E. Orcutt late of the County aforesaid, on or about the 30th day of June A.D. 1959, in the County of Natrona, in the State of Wyoming, did then and there wilfully and unlawfully and feloniously steal, take and carry...
