The plaintiff, Luther A. White, individually and on behalf of four of his brothers and sisters, brought this suit in Livingston Parish, asserting that he and his co-heirs were the children of Green B. White, who died in November, 1921, owning 75.32 acres of land in East Baton Rouge Parish, said land being described in Article 2 of the petition.
