Predicated upon charges of adultery directed against his wife, plaintiff instituted this action for a divorce and for the custody of the two minor children, issue of their marriage. In reconvention, on alleging cruelty and inhuman treatment of the husband toward her, defendant sought a separation, "a mensa et thoro," provisional and permanent custody of the children, alimony pendente lite for the support of herself and children, a dissolution and settlement...
