JORDAN, Judge.

The defendant was indicated and tried in the Superior Court of Wilcox County for practicing medicine without a license in violation of Code § 84-906. The jury returned a verdict of guilty. The defendant filed a motion for a new trial on the general grounds only. The trial court overruled the motion for new trial, and to that judgment the defendant excepts, bringing the case to this court for review.
