Defendant doctor treated plaintiff for various injuries incurred in an automobile accident. Following his discharge by defendant, another doctor discovered that plaintiff had suffered a fractured skull which necessitated surgical repair and which, according to plaintiff, resulted in permanent damage. Plaintiff brought this suit charging defendant with malpractice for failure to diagnose and treat the fracture. The suit was filed 25 months after plaintiff...
