Defendant was convicted of second degree burglary at a jury trial and his motion for new trial was denied. This appeal is from that judgment of conviction and order denying such motion for new trial.

After appellant's motion to set aside the information made under Penal Code, section 995, was denied, he entered a plea of not guilty to the information and denied allegations of two prior felony convictions...
