Owen, Harold Antin, Bostwick Westbury Corp., Superior Minerals Company, Jack Yetman, Albert Hayutin, Lester Maslin, Leonard James, Nationwide Holdings, Inc., Standard Development Corporation and other persons whose names are presently not known to the plaintiff, jointly and severally, Defendants.
