An information was filed in the municipal court of the city of Des Moines charging defendant with illegally selling beer on the premises of a Class B club permit holder to someone other than a member of the club to which the permit was issued, in violation of section 9-54, Municipal Code of the city. He was tried and convicted in the municipal court. Upon appeal to the district court of Polk county defendant was also tried and found guilty and was fined...
