This is an appeal from an order of the trial court granting respondents' motion for summary judgment.

On August 18, 1956 appellant Lockart, who had fallen and sustained a fracture of the mid-right thigh, was taken to the Washoe Medical Center at Reno where he remained as a patient under the care of the two respondent doctors until his discharge from that hospital on November 13, 1956.
