This appeal is from a judgment for $2,000 plus interest, based upon a promissory note, entered in favor of respondent.

Appellant Richardson owned 60 percent of the corporate stock of appellant Nevroy Corporation. On February 18, 1957 Richardson delivered to respondent Minker a negotiable promissory note bearing the same date.
