This is a land condemnation case. The State Highway Board condemned three separate parcels of plaintiff's land, containing 3.3 acres, situated in the Town of Cavendish, and awarded the plaintiff $2,400. He appealed from this award to the Windsor County Court. Trial was had by a jury and a verdict of $7,250 was rendered in favor of the plaintiff and judgment entered thereon.
