Plaintiff incurred liability for withholding and Social Security taxes as an employer for the fourth quarter of the year 1951, but failed to pay more than a portion of this liability. On July 6, 1953, he filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy and was on the same day adjudicated a bankrupt.
