Chefs, Cooks, Pastry Cooks and Assistants, Local 89, 2 Cir., 280 F.2d 760, this court, per Smith, J., with Waterman (separately) and Barnes, JJ., concurring, reversed a temporary injunction granted by Dawson, J., D.C. S.D.N.Y., 181 F.Supp. 742, restraining the respondent local unions of restaurant employees from picketing the Stork Club Restaurant in New York...
