Lora Felts, hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, brought this suit for money damages against Charles McAfee. Suit was originally commenced in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri. It was removed to the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, jurisdictional requirements as to diversity of citizenship and amount being fully satisfied.
