These appeals are from judgments for plaintiffs in two consolidated actions arising out of the failure to perform a contract for the sale of real property. In L.A. 25216 plaintiff Corbett Enterprises, Inc., as vendee, sought specific performance of said contract against defendants, as vendors, which relief the trial court granted. In L.A. 25207, Wesley M. Taylor Company, a corporation, and Stanley J. Beligan, sued defendants for real estate commissions...
