McDowell & Sons, and its insurance carrier contend there was no substantial competent evidence to sustain the district court's findings: (1) that the claimant sustained personal injury by accident on September 20, 1958, arising out of and in the course of his employment, and (2) that the claimant was 25 percent permanently partially disabled...
