Dodson Lamb brought an action against Dr. Herbert L. Moore and the Trinity Hospital of Arcata to recover damages for an injury to his leg allegedly caused by negligent treatment furnished by Dr. Moore and the hospital when he was under their care for treatment of a fractured leg.
