This case results from a traffic mishap in the City of Harrison. Appellee, Flora Belle Villines, was a passenger in the taxicab owned by appellant, Swafford, doing business as People's Taxi. The taxicab was then operated by Swafford's agent, Erotha Oxford, a woman. There was a collision between the taxicab and a car driven by Alta Dixon, a man, resulting in property damage and personal injuries. Flora Belle Villines sued Swafford, Oxford, and Dixon...
