Midwest Auto Auction, Inc., formerly known as Jack Layton's Auto Auction, Inc., plaintiff in the trial court, sought to recover the sum of $6,297.63 on an employees' indemnity bond admittedly executed by The Home Indemnity Company in favor of the plaintiff.
