The complaint filed in this cause by Willie E. Welch alleges that he is a resident citizen of Mississippi, and that the defendant, Mrs. Olwine P. Lewis, Executrix of the Estate of James Paul Lewis, deceased, is a non-resident of the State of Mississippi and a resident citizen of Macon, Bibb County, Georgia. Against this complaint defendant filed a motion to dismiss for want of jurisdiction, alleging that the defendant is a resident citizen...
