This action of trespass on the case was instituted in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, by the plaintiff, Kyle Mabe, against the defendant, Huntington Coca-Cola Bottling Company, a Corporation, to recover damages for injuries allegedly received by the plaintiff when the lid of a premix Coca-Cola tank blew off while the tank was under pressure.
