Jones, filed a motion for judgment against his brother, Donnie Green Midkiff, aged 17, hereinafter referred to as the infant defendant, and William C. King, an adult, for injuries sustained while riding as a passenger in an automobile owned and operated by the infant defendant when it collided with an automobile operated by King, alleging that the infant...
