This matter is before us on an appeal taken by the defendants from a judgment awarding the plaintiff damages arising out of an automobile accident which occurred on June 24, 1957 near the corporate limits of St. Martinville, Louisiana. Liability having been admitted in the court below the only question presented by the appeal is that of quantum.
