This is an appeal from a judgment entered upon defendant's motion for a directed verdict at the close of plaintiff's case. The appellant is a wholesale dry goods concern; the appellee an insurance company. The action was brought upon a contract of insurance between the parties, under the terms of which appellant's business was protected against any loss resulting from dishonesty on the part of its employees.
