This is an appeal from a judgment on a jury verdict in these consolidated wrongful death and property damage actions against the manufacturer of a motor-freight tractor, for alleged manufacturing defects in a part of its fuel system. The undisputed facts are that while the propane-fueled Reo truck was moving easterly downgrade on the Denver-Wichita Highway in Kansas, a fire broke out in and about the tractor part of the truck.
