Plaintiff filed suit against the workmen's compensation insurance carrier of his employer for the maximum amount per week, alleging total and permanent disability as a result of an accident on or about April 6, 1958, and for attorney fees and 12% on the total amount of past-due compensation payments as statutory penalties.
