On September 13, 1957, plaintiff sustained injuries, including a fractured hip, as a result of a fall in an office building owned and operated by defendant in the city of Muskegon. It is undisputed that plaintiff was lawfully in said building, having gone there for the purpose of consulting a physician who was a tenant of the defendant. Desiring to use the facilities of the women's rest room in the building, plaintiff was furnished a key thereto by an employee...
