J. W. Patton, eighty-eight years of age, died seized and possessed of considerable real estate. Included in his holdings was a three-fifths undivided interest in a tract of land in Wythe County called the McLauren Farm, containing about 313 acres, purchased jointly by himself and Elizabeth O.
