This is a tort action for damages brought on behalf of the minor, George Westbrook, who received injuries on January 20, 1959, when the motorcycle which he was driving collided with an automobile driven by Mrs. Sally J. White. The accident occurred in the intersection of Knight Street with a service road which parallels the Barksdale-Shreveport Expressway in Caddo Parish. Westbrook, fifteen years old, received a comminuted fracture of the right femur...
