Plaintiffs, John Stoller and Lydia Stoller, brought this action against defendant, State of Nebraska, seeking to quiet title to the oil, gas, and mineral rights on described school lands allegedly owned by plaintiffs in Red Willow County, and to enjoin defendant from asserting any rights therein.
