Plaintiff brought this action against Century Circuit, Inc. ("Century") and the five individuals who constituted the Administrative Committee under Century's Profit-Sharing Plan ("Plan"). The complaint was dismissed as to two of the individuals for lack of jurisdiction (Adams and McEachern). The remaining three will be referred to as "defendants". Plaintiff seeks an accounting from Century and the defendants for the losses resulting from the decision...
