This is an action to recover damages in the sum of $12,500 for personal injuries alleged to have been received by the plaintiff when her husband's automobile in which she was a passenger collided with another operated by the defendant. The verdict and judgment were for the plaintiff in the sum of $3,500. The trial court sustained the plaintiff's motion for new trial on the issue of damages only and overruled the defendant's motion for new trial....
