This is a condemnation suit. West Texas Utilities Company, hereinafter called Utilities Co., initiated proceedings before the County Judge of Hardemen County, Texas, to condemn a strip of land owned by respondents, and containing 3.95 acres on which a pole line carrying high voltage electricity was to be erected.
