Deerfield Rock Corp., the defendant, appeals from the final decree of the chancellor cancelling its lease of certain lands from Novice R. McClellan, the plaintiff, and her now deceased husband. The lease was executed on November 8, 1954, to cover a term of fifteen years, with an option for renewal for an additional five year period.
