Appellant, Mrs. Lois Brewer Austin Campbell, as executrix of the estate of her deceased husband, F.X. Austin (hereinafter called plaintiff), brought this suit in tort in the Circuit Court of Adams County for an alleged wrongful repossession of an automobile.
