Callwood, who were the owners as tenants in common1 of business premises in St. Thomas identified as 87 Kronprindsens Gade in the Crown Prince's Quarter of the Town of Charlotte Amalie, brought the present action in the court below to recover possession of their property from the defendants who were occupying portions thereof as tenants from month to month...
