This suit was instituted by plaintiff for the recovery of damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Named as defendants were Clifford R. Stansbury, driver of the vehicle in which plaintiff was a guest passenger, and National Union Indemnity Insurance Company as Stansbury's liability insurer.
