No. 60-94.

120 So.2d 813 (1960)

Dorothy Dadura CAMP, Appellant, v. Nicholas D. CAMP, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida. Third District.

May 26, 1960.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Sheldon J. Schlesinger, Miami Beach, for appellant.

James Pilafian and F.M. Lucarelli, Miami, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

The appellant Dorothy Dadura Camp was made the defendant in a suit for divorce brought against her in the circuit court in Dade County. As a nonresident of Florida she was served by publication. Through counsel she filed a motion to dismiss, in which she challenged jurisdiction on two grounds — one relating to insufficiency of process and the other claiming lack of jurisdiction over the person.
