This appeal is from the judgment which determined John C. Hall, now deceased, had sufficient mental capacity to execute the two instruments hereinafter mentioned. As an incidence the correctness of the findings of fact of the trial judge is also challenged. We shall herein refer to the decedent as "Hall." R. N.
