Lottie Ohlhauser died on September 28, 1956, leaving a sister, Hazel Branaugh, and a brother, William Ohlhauser, as her sole heirs. Decedent's estate consisted of a residence in the City of Yankton described as the east 50 feet of Lot 15, and the east 25 feet of the west two thirds of Lots 14 and 15, Block 3, and certain other property not involved in this proceeding.
