John Lagalski, a passenger in a car owned and operated by Harold B. Brown, suffered fatal injuries as the result of a collision between the car driven by Mr. Brown and the car driven by defendant. From a jury verdict of no cause of action and denial of motion for new trial, plaintiff (administratrix) appeals.
