The plaintiff is a Minnesota corporation in the business of constructing auditorium stage equipment. It brings this action against a Wisconsin corporation, a manufacturer of molded plastic products, for the alleged breach of contract to furnish plastic "track carriers" and a mold, all of which were to be manufactured at the defendant's plant in Baraboo, Wisconsin, and shipped to plaintiff at its Minneapolis, Minnesota, place of business.
